Kristen renovated her 1,020-square-foot 1910 Fan rowhome, removing a first-floor dividing wall to create an open layout. She designed the IKEA kitchen and collaborated on the custom staircase and railing with her friend Chase Goitia. The space has been featured in R-Home magazine and Apartment Therapy.
Kristen sold this home in 2022—take a tour of her current Fan condo.
