Drawing on over two decades of combined experience in organization and design, she creates spaces that are both functional and beautiful. She views minimalism as a holistic approach to life—not merely an aesthetic—and applies her philosophy at every scale.

  • Alex has been with Minima for over ten years, known for a warm personality balanced by a clear, direct approach. A VCU Graphic Design graduate, she applies her design training to solve complex spatial challenges. As a mother of two, Alex understands the practical systems required to stay organized with a family.

  • Betsy joined Minima in 2020 after a career in finance and leadership. A Virginia Tech graduate in Marketing and Management, she combines a stellar work ethic with a patient, caring energy and a natural eye for what feels right in a space.
